Our successes - projects to be proud of...
A small but typical selection of the diverse range of challenges we undertake:

Alpha provided Construction, Project and Cost Management of the new Pirelli Stadium for Burton Albion
Football Club. The total project cost in excess of £7 million, and opened on time. The new ground covers 14 acres and
incorporates a hotel and community facilities in addition to the main stadium. The club hosted a capacity crowd for the 0-0
draw with Manchester United in the FA Cup in their first season at their new home.

The total refurbishment of the Army and Navy store, Camberley included the removal of 85,000 sq ft of asbestos ceiling
and sprayed flock asbestos throughout the structure. A complete replacement of all electrical services, life safety systems
and retail lighting complemented new ceilings, shopfitting and flooring. The total project was delivered under its £3 million
budget and the store continued to trade throughout. Robert Hardie, House of Fraser's Property Director, confided afterwards
that "Many believed the project was not possible"!

Alpha has worked in partnership with a number of NHS Stategic
Health Authorities and PCTs over a several years. Our understanding of the operational and logistical requirements of the
NHS has helped ensure the minimum disruption to activities whilst we have relocated and re-organised many non-clinical
teams throughout the Midlands. We have recently project managed the physical merger of three Strategic Health Authorities,
with hands on relocation and fit out management being a key deliverable.

West Bromwich Albion FC turned to Alpha to manage a diverse
and challenging programme of stadium improvements during the 2006 close season. A range of works from re-fitting the
executive and corporate areas, installing a new structural floor over the main atrium, to alterations to executive areas and
engineering services, were all completed on time and under budget.
In parallel, Alpha has recently completed a new Training Academy
for the club, incorporating 2000 sq.m. of player and coaching facilities. By employing construction management, the Club is
saving 25% of the construction cost of comparable schemes.

When Netherfield Click desperately needed a new factory to
house their state of the art museum showcase manufacturing facility in Livingston, Alpha completely overhauled an existing
derelict industrial building on a fast track programme. Even though the building had been derelict and had suffered fire and
water damage over 3 years, within 6 weeks of purchase the 40,000 sq ft of factory, offices and showroom had been
totally refurbished and were ready for occupation.
